I used lens flare, then radial gradient to make it more bright, then selected the places where I wanted sun reflections with polygonal marquee tool, used feather, filled it with white and reduced the opacity ^^ (I hope you understand all that, I'm clumsy in explaining.. ^^"")

There where also some other adjustments and editing too, but that's basically how n_n

No, those resolutions I gave you are no doubt at all the correct ones, I took them right out of the AP guide and they're what all the wallpapers here are in. Are you sure you're measuring in pixels? If you're measuring in something else like picas or millimeters, that could be the problem.

Anyway, if that doesn't help you figure it out, just send me over a jpg by ImageShack and I'll take a look, k? ^_^
